Bolognese with Pappardelle

The anticipation for Prezzo Boca is rising and the tastings have begun! Award-winning restaurateurs Burt Rapoport and Dennis Max will come together once again to resurrect the once-celebrated, Prezzo. A fixture in the 90s in Boca Raton, Aventura and South Miami, Prezzo brings back fond memories for area residents who remember the restaurant and its signature roasted garlic and focaccia bread sticks. Alongside them will be James Beard Award-winning chef, Mark Militello, who will lead the kitchen as executive chef. Chef Militello is combining both the favorite dishes from Prezzo in the 90’s and newly created dishes that is sure to give guests that “wow factor!”

Day after day, Chef Militello & Rapoport’s Team have held tastings to perfect everything from mozzarella, prosciutto, pastas, entrees & gelato. Highlights have included chef’s Smokey Polenta Fries, Bolognese with Pappardelle, 14 oz. Veal Chop Milanese, House cured Scottish Salmon Crostini and Chef Mark’s special blend meatballs!

Prezzo is slated to open late November 2017, will offer lunch, dinner and happy hour services. Prezzo will be operated by Burt Rapoport and Rapoport’s Restaurant Group, operators of Henry’s, Deck 84 and Burt & Max’s. We’ll see you in November!
