The half-roasted chicken with kimchi pineapple rice- it’s a traditional comfort food but with an unexpected twist!
What would people be surprised to find in your fridge?
Red Bull, Gochujang, and dark chocolate candy bars.
What’s the one food trend that won’t go away fast enough?
Haha! pumpkin spice anything.
What about the restaurant industry keeps you going?
The constant change and evolution of cooking that allows me to showcase my creativity through the dishes that I make.
What would your ‘final meal’ be?
Wow, that’s a tough one! Probably japchae, mandu, pizza from New Jersey or a New Jersey Sloppy Joe (not a Man-wich)
