CURRENT RESTAURANT/POSITION:  Max’s Grille / Executive Chef 

What’s your favorite item on Max’s Grille menu and why? 

My favorite Item on the Maxs grille menu is the Shrimp and Avocado Salad. It's really bright and fresh and packs a lot of flavors.

What would people be surprised to find in your fridge?

You would probably be surprised at how empty it currently is. After working all day I usually don't want to cook a meal for myself.

What’s the one food trend that won’t go away fast enough?

Instapots and the Air Fryer! Maybe it's because I am a chef, but people have ovens and stoves - learn to use them!

What about the restaurant industry keeps you going?

 I’ve always loved the restaurant industry because of the teamwork that goes into producing a successful evening for our guests. Growing in the ranks of our kitchens and now being the Executive Chef, I've always preached about teamwork. Luckily at Max's, we have built a great culture and have some of the hardest working people in our kitchens.

What would your ‘final meal’ be?

This might sound weird but if I had to choose a final meal I would want it to be something that I have never had before. You only live once!
