The most wonderful time of year is upon us and what better way to celebrate than with a festive dining experience. Rapoport’s Restaurant Group encourages guests to take a break from the hustle and bustle of meal planning and feast with family and friends along with RRG’s new all-star team of seasoned chefs. In celebration of all things merry and bright, exclusive a la carte menus boasting several, limited-time offerings will be available at all four RRG concepts located in Boca Raton and Delray Beach: Burt & Max’s, Deck 84, Max’s Grille and Prezzo.

CHRISTMAS EVE & CHRISTMAS DAY

Burt & Max’s

Burt & Max’s will serve Chef Chris Miracolo’s festive a la carte menu perfect for celebrating the holiday season. Highlights include the Cream of Cauliflower Soup with bacon marmalade ($9); Turkey & Brie Empanadas with spiced cranberry aioli ($14); Pan Roasted Halibut with sunchoke, fennel, leek, mushroom, chard, horseradish-mustard nage sauce ($31) and Slow-Braised Boneless Short Rib with marble potatoes, shallots, baby rabe, cabernet jus ($32). Christmas Eve Hours: 11:30AM-10PM. Christmas Day Hours: 1PM-8:30PM. On Christmas Day, guests seated at the bar can enjoy Happy Hour drink specials all day with the purchase of an entrée. Deck 84

This Christmas, Deck 84 will be serving up a special selection of a la carte dishes, in addition to their full regular menu. To start, New England Clam Chowder ($8); Blackened Organic Cauliflower with goat cheese, tomato confit and drizzled with lemon olive oil ($15) and Heirloom Bean Salad with pickled mustard vinaigrette and toasted pine nuts ($10). Main plates include Slow Braised Short Rib with herb gremolata, roasted broccolini and whipped potato puree ($38) and Corn Dusted Local Snapper with pickled watermelon cucumber salad, avocado puree and toasted farro ($32) For dessert, guests can indulge in the Apple Cobbler with streusel topping, Chantilly cream, candied pumpkin seeds ($9). Max’s Grille

Spend this Christmas at Max’s Grille where Executive Chef Hector Cintron and Chef Chris Rojas will be offering season-forward specials. To start, Sweet Pea & Ham Soup mustard-pineapple relish ($7); Heirloom Tomato “Ceviche” citrus marinated local tomatoes, avocados, red onions, watermelon radishes micro-cilantro, crispy taro root chips and jalapeño-ranch ($14); Everything Spiced Cauliflower – roasted cauliflower, warm dilly goat cheese, everything spice, poblano vinaigrette and scallions ($15). Entrée highlights include 20oz All-Natural Cowboy Ribeye with sunchoke-potato gratin, braised swiss chard with wild mushroom ragout and pearl onion agrodolce ($48); Braised Lamb Shanks – saffron and vegetable risotto, crumbled feta, gremolata and natural jus ($36) and Branzini – prosciutto-wrapped Mediterranean sea bass with spinach-ricotta gnudi, roasted garlic, fennel, blistered tomatoes, hazelnuts in tahini-lemon pan sauce ($32). Prezzo

Executive Chef Fabrizo Pintus will be preparing an impressive line-up of a la carte specials this Christmas featuring Carpaccio di Salmone – house-cured citrus salmon, orange & grapefruit segments, shaved fennel, toasted almonds ($16); Pappardelle Gamberi – squid-ink pappardelle pasta, shrimp, asparagus, roasted grape tomatoes, shrimp bisque sauce ($28). Risotto Porcini e Tartufo – arborio rice, black truffle, porcini mushroom, parmigiano Reggiano ($28); Costine di Agnello – pan-seared Australian lamb chop, braised broccoli rabe, rosemary jus, roasted Yukon gold potatoes ($34). Burt & Max’s will be ringing in the New Year with Chef Chris Miracolo’s festive a la carte menu perfect for the occasion. Highlights include the Garden Nova Salad – Swank Farms lettuces, pickled onion, cucumber, cherry tomato, goat cheese, bagel crisps, locally smoked salmon and Champagne vinaigrette ($18); Miso Glazed Scallops with turnips, edamame, shiitake mushrooms, asparagus and wasabi dashi fume ($34) and Grilled Beef Tenderloin with crispy polenta cakes, black eyed peas, braised cabbage and pot roast gravy ($38). To start, Shrimp & Lobster Gumbo ($10); Blackened Organic Cauliflower with goat cheese, tomato confit and drizzled with lemon olive oil ($15) and Heirloom Bean Salad with pickled mustard vinaigrette and toasted pine nuts ($10). Main plates include Petite Filet & Lump Crab with “toasted” hollandaise, roasted broccolini and whipped potato puree ($42); Corn Dusted Local Snapper with pickled watermelon cucumber salad, avocado puree and toasted farro ($32) For dessert, guests can indulge in the Apple Cobbler with streusel topping, Chantilly cream, candied pumpkin seeds ($9). Max’s Grille

Max’s Grille is ringing in the New Year in style with a sumptuous a la carte menu offering unique, healthful plates along with American brasserie classics.  On New Year’s Eve, guests can enjoy raw bar specialty items including Florida Stone Crabs with key lime honey mustard (three claws for $48) and Shrimp Cocktail ($15). To start, offerings include Lobster & Corn Chowder Soup with panettone croutons ($9); Warm Goat Cheese Salad – almond crusted goat cheese, tri color greens, balsamic onions, roasted beets, red grapes and apples tossed in a pomegranate vinaigrette ($15) and Crispy Mushroom Empanadas stuffed with mushroom “picadillo”, sweet potato & vegan cheese, voodoo sauce & jalapeño-ranch ($12). For a sweet ending to 2019, guests can indulge in the traditional Pandoro – imported traditional sweet Christmas bread, chocolate and mascarpone cream sauce ($12).
