Adam is an accomplished Human Resources and Operational Leader with a Broad background and versatility in Human Resources Leadership, Training and Development, and Operational Leadership.  He is highly adaptable and successful in driving results in Hospitality, Supply Chain, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Investment Banking, Healthcare, Real Estate, Internet dotcom, Manufacturing, and Non-Profits.  Adam has a comprehensive knowledge of HR functions, training and operational infrastructures required for emerging, expanding, and multi-site operations. He is an excellent business partner, pragmatic and skilled in analyzing and interpreting organizational structures, developing strategic direction, and creating processes to add value by optimizing efficiency, culture, team, ownership and performance. Adam currently sits on the Board of Governors for the Broward County United Way and was the former Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Mental Health Association of Southeast Florida.  He is active with numerous Local and National Human Resources Associations.
