Amber Pollitt

With years of award-winning agency experience working largely with various types of restaurants including startups, franchises, and independently owned restaurateurs, Mrs. Pollitt is highly experienced in all aspects of restaurant and hospitality marketing, public relations, and event management. In November 2010 Pollitt began her relationship with Rapoport’s Restaurant Group as an external executive for the opening and continued marketing for Deck 84, eventually working with all Rapoport restaurant locations providing public relations and marketing support. She then filled the position as Rapoport’s internal Director of Marketing and PR in March 2015.
Through her growing local media relations and restaurant marketing background, Pollitt implements promotional strategies, secures regular media, produces social media and online awareness and supports all Rapoport’s restaurants on day to day communication needs. Her passion for the restaurant industry is evident through her hard work ethics and attention to detail. Pollitt is currently a member of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce Tourism Committee and is an active member in the Delray Chamber of Commerce as the representative for the restaurants.
