Director of Operations
Patrick Broadhead wears many hats under the Rapoport’s Restaurant Group umbrella. Starting as a line cook at Max’s Grille in Boca Raton in 1995, where he worked off and on for over 15 years, Broadhead worked his way up to Executive Chef bringing his own distinctive style to the menu. In September of 2016, Broadhead accepted the Executive Chef position at Burt & Max’s where he continued to bring his style as well as maintain the classic menu of this popular West Delray restaurant. Broadhead was then promoted to Culinary Director for Rapoport's Restaurant Group in 2018 where he supported and supervised the chefs at Deck 84, Max's Grille, Pagoda and Burt & Max's, along with purchasing decisions for the entire group. As of 2022, Broadhead now holds the title of Director of Operations for Rapoport's Restaurant Group where he continues his culinary director duties as well as overseeing the management teams at each location and overall operations from the back of the house to the front.
